A business for sale that currently operates as a factory producing small plastic parts for the automotive industry.
The story began in 2004 in Italy, where there was a lot of talk about globalization and the fact that multinationals, in order to reduce costs, would move their production to China, and those that remained would be forced to close their operations because they could no longer afford the low price. Weighing the pros and cons, the owners decided that it was much more advantageous to move production to Eastern Europe, where labor and taxes were cheaper.
The winning idea was that an Eastern European manufacturer could offer the same services, the same guarantees and the same quality as any of the major Western manufacturers, but at the reduced costs of an Asian manufacturer.
The sales business is focused mainly on the production of small plastic parts for cars – both for the engine compartment and for the interior areas. Quality materials, as well as high-precision processing, have enriched the company’s portfolio with renowned customers, such as Porsche Group, Mercedes, Opel, Ford, etc. Approximately 90% of the production is intended for sale on European markets, the remaining 10% being intended for the American market, for a number of Asian countries and for South America (Brazil).
The staff loyalty program, designed and implemented from the beginning, has shown its efficiency over time. As a result, some of the current employees have been working for this company since the beginning of its activity in Romania.
The company has high-performance equipment and qualified personnel.
The factory’s very high potential to produce special parts is due to the fact that it uses high-performance processing machines, both vertical and horizontal. Also, using the existing equipment, a very wide variety of parts can be manufactured, using a mold generated according to the client’s project, or specific parts can be produced, using the client’s mold.
